Name, address and location pin, opening hours, WhatsApp, price per person, signature dishes and photos. You can do it all on your phone — photos are compressed automatically.

Does it cost anything to list my restaurant on Nearmi?

No. Signing up and listing are free, including your page, photos, signature dishes, menu, hours, navigation and WhatsApp buttons.
My restaurant is already on Nearmi. How do I manage it myself?

Create a merchant account, tap “Claim my restaurant”, find your restaurant and upload one proof (SSM, business licence, a name card with the restaurant name, a photo of you at the shop front, or a receipt). We check it manually and then the restaurant appears in your dashboard.
How long until a new restaurant goes live?

The Nearmi team reviews each submission and publishes it once approved. If something is missing we'll send it back with the reason — fix it, save, and it's re-submitted.
How can my restaurant rank higher on Nearmi?

Recommended ranking is based on real reviews and how complete your details are. Fill in your dishes, prices, photos and hours, and encourage happy customers to leave a review — that works best.
How can Google and AI search find my restaurant?

Once listed, your restaurant has its own page in Chinese, English and Malay, written in a format search engines understand. The more complete your details (dishes, prices, photos, hours, address), the more likely Google and AI search are to mention you.
Can I delete a bad review?

No — merchants can't edit or delete reviews, which is why diners trust them. Only phone-verified members can review, and reviews that break the rules (ads, abuse, fake reviews) can be reported and are moderated.
Can I manage everything on my phone?

Yes. The merchant dashboard works on your phone, and you can add it to your home screen as the “Nearmi Merchant” app.
What if my restaurant closes for good?

Tick “Permanently closed” in your dashboard. Your restaurant stops appearing on the home page and in search, and anyone opening an old link sees “Permanently closed” with other restaurants nearby.
